Just wanted to give credit where credit is due.

I had an issue with a Harris bipod I purchased back in January and contacted Reliable Gun for guidance on how to proceed for a warranty claim. Warren responded to my email quickly and without any fuss, advised to ship it back to Vancouver and that they would deal with the manufacturer while a replacement would be shipped out ASAP.

Great service ! Definitely pleased with these guys.
