Mine was just over 2 weeks, a little crazy as other vendors where next day.

Three things are important to the story of shipping Volume, clients complete and up to date information related to pal and addresss.

So far waiting 1 week with arms east. Can't even call then. Very upsetting
Day 9 for me after sending the CFO transfer notice via email to two separate emails at FOC.
I get that everyone is busy however at a minimum you would expect a quick reponse.

Based on recent feedback, FOC has dropped the ball in many ways.
That said, the CFO has also failed to send transfer notifications to vendors, so as best practice be sure to flip your copy to them once you receive it.
Glad it got sorted for the OP.
purchased aug 13, transfer initiated Aug 18. I hope they ship faster than that when the time comes…
