I had a problem with a Ruger 10/22 Mannlicher which I purchased from Tenda, which was damaged by Canada Post. I was sent pre-paid postage in order to return the damaged rifle and a replacement Ruger 10/22 was shipped by Tenda, which I received today in perfect condition. I was very pleased with how Brian in sales handled this problem and his follow through in resolving it. I think Brian needs to be recognized for his handling of this problem, since he is a credit to Tenda.
