    Ushanka Galore!

Ushankas have been used for hundreds of years, and there is a good reason. They are warm as fug. They'll keep the wind off of your ears, back of your neck, and keep your head warm. Not super cold? Just tie the ears up on top of your head and let your head breath a bit.

Usually, we have lots of East German ushankas for sale, and we still do - but restocking has been tricky as the supply has dried up. We haven't changed our price on them since the day we opened and don't plan to now. So if you want one of the best winter hats on the planet for one of the lowest prices on the planet, look no further.

But fortune has been with us, and we found some Soviet ushankas that have been sitting in a warehouse for the last few decades, waiting to get to embrace cold weather once again. The Russian model is very similar to the East German, however it is a bit thicker and thus warmer. For those who want extra insulation, or to larp as Sean Connery in "The Hunt For Red October" (Though he has the incredibly rare navy variant in that movie), look no further.

Available while supplies last. These have been very difficult to find in any numbers since the early 2000s, and we don't expect to find dozens of them all at once like this again (though we hope we do, because they're awesome lol)

I'd buy one but the shipping cost is nearly the price of the product.

Yes, unfortunately that's the cost we pay. There is no cheap way to ship in Canada sadly

Wow, I've been searching for a quality ushanka for ages, and this article convinced me! The Soviet ushanka sounds like the perfect fit for those chilly days. Can't wait to grab one before they're all gone!

They're so small. 56cm is a small boy's head size.

56cm is a small but it's far from a child's size. Sadly like with most items we stock, the first thing to go is the larger sizes
