    I ordered and paid for the same item, exact same issue. Was told it was an inventory issue and that was suppose to be the price for the Short action folder.

    Excuses, excuses....they should honor the price they offered it for and be more careful next time around. Its not as if they would actually lose money at that price anyways.

    I'm in business as well, if I quote a price for a product or service and my customer accepts and makes payment...the transaction is honored PERIOD...no if's, and's or buts about it.

    Looks like business is done differently in Nova Scotia.

    The mistake was that the inventory was described as a long action chassis and they are for short actions. We pointed this out and you seemed fine.

    We didn't have the products that we thought that we had, again our mistake.
