You'll find this pretty interesting/shocking: the barrel does not free float - quite the opposite. There is a compartment on the inside of the tip of the for-end with magnets that hold the barrel. The stock is extremely rigid and reinforced so bending or twisting is not possible. When we were setting up the first one, our range hound Big G was certain it would shoot like sh!t, given that the barrel doesn't free float. In contrast, they shoot remarkably well.
