    Dutch dpm 60 liter rucksack

    DUTCH DPM 60 LITER RUCKSACK

The Dutch Armed Forces created this rucksack to solve any problem its troops may encounter when deployed. The "Lowe Alpine Sting" has an adjustable frame that allows the user to "custom fit" the load to his/her torso ensuring the fit is comfortable and increasing the wearer's endurance, a huge plus when deployed

The "custom fit" does not stop with the height adjustable frame, it continues with an adjustable lumbar pad, padded shoulder straps, and padded waist belt. The pivoting zippered lid has an interior stash pocket and all exterior zippered pockets, and as you would expect, have YKK zippers and a snug-fitting storm flap. When you need a cinch strap, compression strap, MOLLE, or an additional pocket the STING provides it

The entire pack is constructed of 1000D waterproof Cordura fabric. The main compartment is UNDIVIDED, with an approximate sixty-liter capacity. The main compartment is sealed with a cord lock drawstring closure and has a mesh pouch attached to the rear of the interior pack. The two "Rocket Pouches" on each side of the main compartment are detachable via YKK zippers and have an approx capacity of 10 Liters each

The Rocket Pouches have individual shoulder straps that can be zipped together, or used independently. This ruck has a heavy-duty rescue handle attached to the back panel and a heavy-duty carry handle on the front. Select your best pack and compare it to this one, you will be as impressed as everyone else is with this ruck. Issued Measures 24"L x 12"W x 27" H. Weighs 5.74 lbs.

She didn't get you one for Christmas,
Come grab one of these for yourself.
Should she raise an Eye brow,
tell her you went Dutch on it.

Just like the Photo, The camo is still bright and the packs are in great shape.
The side pockets don't really match as well as I would have liked but that's army surplus some times.

Also known as "Dewey Cox" on other forums.

It's done stuff and will smile quietly at your stories.
You may be cool but you won't be a 6 foot 5 Dutchman
kicking open doors with Wooden Shoes
and a Salt Licorice instead of a dip in your cheek.

.....and the good deals in inventory dwindle.

My job is not to sell you the product
it's to try n keep you from needing
to kick your own ass two weeks from now
for not buying it when you could have.
