Great price with the CDN $ being in the sh!tter and on a fantastic pistol. Wish I was in the market for one of these, I'd get the Desert in a heartbeat at that price.

Navy seals switched to the Glock 19.
My understanding is that there was a bulk purchase of Glock 19s made, several of which were made available to Naval Special Warfare. They have basically been added to their inventory, their armorers are Glock now qualified and there is ongoing parts availability and support. Some operators are using them or trying them out, some are sticking with their SIGs, while others are using something else. They have an extensive armory, and basically individual operators can determine what they carry. They still have their 226s, 229s, HKs and even 1911s, but as you can imagine, once some of them started packing G-19s, the Glock PR department had a field day, telling the whole that "SEALs are using Glock!".
