Don't see why it has to be online only though. In op's case where he can't get through it doesn't make sense, work in slave labor with no lunch coffee or bathroom breaks?

Well, I feel silly having to justify why I asked the question. But I work in an environment that does not allow cell phones.
I would have preferred you wrote a helpful comment instead of criticize my question.

I used the email suggested by MaierH above and they (Nick) responded. Their web form does work, they are just busy as others suggested. They monitor the orders@ email much more often than the website I guess.
