.308 wasn't a problem. Surplus 7.62 wouldn't go bang, at all.
Ahh, I just use Norma (1.20/round) and PMC FMJ (1.30/round), and some hunting rounds. Not expensive, but not cheap junk.
Harder millitary primers, I suspect. Reading about a new drop in trigger might help.
I slap ching chong 7.62 out of mine all day. Its not what I would call accurate. But it absolutely slaps.
I didn't have any issues either but lots of people seem to have for sure.
