Nice rigs! Is that Barnard PL a proprietary footprint or something 700 LAish?
For primers I would try the Fed 215M rather than the CCI. I have often found the CCI to be quite hard, and I have had my lowest SDs on 215Ms.

LOAD: Lapua-made Norma cases expanded to .306" as Lapua brass is tight when new. 82.5 grains N565, Berger 215 Hybrids loaded to .010" off lands, CCI Mag primers, V, 3000 fps +/- as we couldn't hook up Speedseeker - now have proper attachment.
