Old inventory clearance up to 15% discount!

I had my eye on a couple rifles again, but when I tried to check out, the price stayed the same. Is it something that gets adjusted manually after the fact for the 15% off?

I found the problem, it was reading comprehension on my part. I didn't realize it was just the guns on clearance that were 15% off if ordering two or more. Thanks for clarifying that.
